New Patient Experience
At Madison Dental Care, we take great care to ensure that your first visit is comfortable, informative, and never intimidating.
The new patient process begins with taking digital X-rays and photos to gather an accurate picture of your current oral health. With new digital dentistry, X-rays and photos are ready almost immediately, and your dentist will be able to review the findings with you right away.
Your dentist places great importance on getting to know each person who walks through the door individually, so he’ll next visit with you to discuss the unique goals or concerns you may have for your smile. There are so many options available for treating both general and cosmetic dental needs these days that many find it all overwhelming, and understandably so!
You deserve to be well informed about the variety of options available to you, and your dentist will happily answer any questions you may have about anything and work with you to develop a treatment plan that’s tailored to your budget and wishes.
Next, it’s time to get to know one of our certified dental hygienists while she cleans and polishes your pearly whites to a high shine. Your dentist will then conduct a routine oral cancer screening and carefully evaluate your teeth and gums.
After discussing your desired next steps with your dentist and scheduling your next appointment, you’ll be out the door, on your way, and enjoying the peace of mind that comes from trusted, quality dental care.
Hate paperwork? So do we. Your time is valuable, so we send your new patient packet to review ahead of time at your convenience and you can access our online patient portal below.
WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING…
Very accommodating in listening to my insurance coverage concerns. Promptly contact my insurance company to find out about out-of-network coverage and got back to me within a couple of hours with a financial summary of benefits. I appreciate the efficiency and promptness in responding to my concerns.
I can now say that my extreme fear of the dentist has become a silly memory. If I were ever to move, I will fly back into town to see you guys again!

I would definitely recommend you to friends and family, in fact, I already have more than once. I really appreciate the hygienist doing an exam for oral cancer; I’ve never had that done before and I recently had an in-law die from oral cancer. You guys get high marks from me.
